Lovely filigree pin made from 800 silver, in the form of a bunch of violets complete with leaves and a little string gathering at the bottom. Eye-catching! 800 silver was common during the 1800s and early 1900s in Europe. It was not made here. Indeed, this brooch comes to me via a friend's mother the UK. Unsigned, excellent condition. Measures 2 1/2" x 1 1/2".
