Carl Art Jewelry has quite a storied history. Owned by Carl Schraysshuen, a German immigrant and Arthur Loercher, the Providence Rhode Island company was started in 1936 and closed its doors in 1976. This beautiful bar pin is circa 1930s and features baguette and teardrop rhinestones set in sterling silver in clear and pale blue. A pretty 3 1/2 mm creamy cultured pearl serves as the flower's center. This pin is marked "sterling" and has the Carl Art mark of CA with an arrow. In excellent condition. Measures 2 1/4" x 1".
