This cocktail dress is created with a gorgeous velvet fabric in a rich cobalt blue with just enough stretch to hug you without being too revealing. The back has wonderful detailing - a spider web of straps gathered together in the center with a sparkling rhinestone bar. Very wearable size 12. In excellent condition. Measurements are approximate: Bust - 38", Waist - 28-30", Hips - 36-38". The length of the dress from shoulder to hemline is 35"
